Additionally, Robert provides exceptional, personal and professional representation to our clients. He provides legal counsel in business and contract law, landlord/tenant law, and DUI defense.
Robert works to protect, defense, and uphold his clients’ constitutional rights. He has significant courtroom experienced, and has participated in all aspects of litigation. Robert has conducted dozens of bench and jury trials at both the state and federal court levels and has appeared before the Utah Court of Appeals.
Robert is especially passionate about defending those who have been charged with DUI in the State of Utah. Robert has successful handled DUIs ranging from standard misdemeanor cases to very complex felony-DUI charges with numerous suspension issues. Additionally, Robert routinely handles and conducts administrative hearings before the Utah Driver License Division.
